Bikes and Black Skies Heading to Paradise City
Davis Update to deliver new content to Burnout Paradise
Date: Wednesday, April 23, 2008

Criterion games has updated their site with news that they will be incorporating motorcycles into Burnout Paradise in an update due in August called “Davis”. Not only will they be adding Motorcycles, but they will also be adding night time visuals, allowing the player to experience the sights of Paradise City by moonlight.

For the first time, we'll let you loose in a Burnout game on motorbikes!

And because we're dedicated to bringing you game-changing new Burnout Paradise content all year, bikes will feature their own game modes, challenges and even some new locations tailored to fit their unique performance and handing characteristics.

The other big news relating to bikes is that we've introduced night-time to Burnout Paradise for the first time.

The bikes also bring something to Paradise City that hasn’t yet been seen to date and that is actual people in the game. It’ll be interesting to see what happens to the riders when they crash - and they will crash. Look for the Davis Update to hit Burnout Paradise in August.
