Ninja Gaiden 2 Demo Release Snafu
Not released as was expected on Xbox LIVE
Date: Wednesday, June 04, 2008
Author: Jeff McAllister

Although we reported that the Ninja Gaiden 2 demo would be available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace yesterday, it seems that all parties involved were mistaken. According to Major Nelson’s Blog , the demo was made available worldwide, except the US, Canada, India and Germany. Why do we get the shaft? Why do you hate us so? Who knows, but Major Nelson said that he does expect the demo to be released by the end of the week for those who have not gotten it yet.

I just received an email that proves I should have listened to that voice. It turns out the demo will NOT be available in Canada and the U.S. (in addition to India and Germany as noted above.)

I don’t know when a demo will be available for the other regions, but hopefully it will be by the end of the week (as originally stated.) My apologies. You can be sure that I am going to have a a few conversations with a some people about this.
