As you may recall from our post last week, Wal-Mart is offering an exclusive to those who buy Batman: Arkham Asylum from their stores. The exclusive is “batsuit armour” for use in the challenge maps, but the ad also spoke of another announcement to be revealed today.

Upon firing up the 360, the ad has been replaced with the one below that announces that Batman: Arkham Asylum will be sold for the dirt cheap price of $38.83 (Canadian, I am assuming since this is on a Canadian LIVE account) when it is released on August 25th.

That really is a pretty sweet deal compared to the EBGames and GameStop price of $69.99. Oh fudge, it looks like I shall have to break my vow of non-Walmartery and once again step inside its souless halls to grab a copy. $30 off will do that to a person.
