Konami has released a playable demo of its forthcoming sports title, Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 (PES 2010), on Xbox LIVE and the PSN version will follow shortly after in early October.

The demo enables players to participate in a five minute exhibition match using one of six teams, FC Barcelona, Liverpool FC, and some of the top national teams in the world including France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

Although the demo is offline, up to four players will be able to play simultaneously on the Xbox 360 while the PlayStation 3 version will support up to seven players simultaneously.
