Square Enix has released the revamped Space Invaders game, , on the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3 for $9.99 and on Xbox LIVE Arcade for 800 MS Points.

The game starts off with the classic Space Invaders look, but as you rack up your score, it evolves. Unlock new stages, sounds, power ups, and new features. The game moves from fixed two-dimensional graphics to high-speed side-scrolling and gradually on into full 3D.
