In a rather odd announcement, Microsoft has announced that Crackdown 2 will be getting another DLC pack this November for 560 MS Points.

The “Deluge Pack” will be available in both a trial version which lets players sample a single player version of “Deluge” as well as the complete sixteen-player Capture the Orb mode, and a premium version which consists of all Deluge content including the complete Deluge co-op mode, new achievements, avatar awards, and the sixteen-player Capture the Orb mode with six arenas.

The “Crackdown 2” “Deluge Pack” also delivers a first of its kind integration for Xbox LIVE members, directly tying activities and accomplishments on the new Windows Phone 7 companion game, “Crackdown 2: Project Sunburst,” with the Xbox 360 game. A unique tower defense game which lets you defend real locations using Bing Maps, accomplishments in “Crackdown 2: Project Sunburst” will unlock helpful bonuses in Deluge mode, calling in support such as rocket equipped Agency helicopters, Peacekeepers and exclusive power-ups.
