Massive Fallout: New Vegas Patch
Let's hope the old save file works.

To heck with sugar-coating and tip-toeing. Fallout: New Vegas was an absolute train wreck of bugs at launch. Unbelievably, the problem became even worse for some people as new bugs were introduced.

Nearly nine months later, Bethsda has issued a laundry list of bug fixes on all platforms, including issues with dropped sound, ED-E and companions in general, crash-causing issues, graphical errors, problematic quests, and plenty more.

Check out the full list of fixes at the Bethesda blog. If history has taught me anything though, it's that you should probably hold off on patching and wait a few days to see what catastrophic problems arise.

More info on what's new in the game and in retail packages available for pre-order right now.
