Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2 video game allows fans to play as their favorite wizard heroes from the films and books, with each playing an important role in defeating the Dark Lord. Playable characters include Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Seamus, Neville, Molly Weasley and Professor McGonagall. The game also includes a new spell casting mechanic and a new cover system.

The game loosely follows the plot of the film, which brings the Harry Potter series to a grand and final conclusion.
