Codemasters new arcade shooter Bodycount is now shipping to stores across North America. To coincide with the launch, Codemasters has released a launch trailer showcasing the game's mayhem on YouTube . Bodycount features arcade gunfights, class-based enemies who work together, and battlefields in Africa and Asia.

Players use a variety of weapons, grenades, mines and airstrikes to rip through cover and enemies, and use skill kills, chaining kills and collected intel dropped by downed enemies to advance to an ultimate boss battle.

Bodycount also promises online co-operative and competitive modes where destructible killzones create new options for defense and attack. Look for the game on Xbox 360 and PS3 today at most major retailers.
