Square Enix Ships Two Million Deus Ex: Human Revolution Units
Eidos Montreal's first game proves a success.

Square Enix announced that it has shipped two million units of Dues Ex: Human Revolution, to retail in North America, Europe and PAL territories since launching the game in late August. The game developed and released by Eidos-Montreal has done pretty well amongst critics so it's not surprising that Square Enix expects to sell as many copies as it has put out into the wilds of retail. Of course there is a difference between "games shipped" and games "sold" at retail. We also assume these numbers include all formats that can be sold at retail such as PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The game will be released in Japan in October.

It's also widely available online via OnLive, Steam, and Impulse. For more information about the game, check out www.deusex.com .
