NAMCO BANDAI Games America releases Dark Souls for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 today. Referred to by some as the "spiritual successor" to Demon's Souls, Dark Souls from From Software offers the same kind of challenging action RPG gameplay coupled with a unique multiplayer components to deliver a different way of playing.

Dark Souls promises extreme battles, rewarding challenges, nuanced weaponry and magic, and the flexibility to customize each character to suit your play style. The online component allows gamers to draw from the collective experience of the Dark Souls community as they either help or sabotage each other on the journey through the Northern Realms to save the land from darkness.
