NBA 2K7 Review
12 out of 15
Despite a few hiccups, NBA 2K7 is a rousing success and easily the best NBA game on the block.

Speaking of multiplayer, the Xbox Live options for NBA 2K7 are very good – from leagues and tourneys to the ability to use gameplay sliders online, this is another feather in 2K's online hat. Hopefully one day we can see an Xbox Live-driven franchise mode, which one would think is the logical next step.

Either online or playing with a friend on the same machine, NBA 2K7 absolutely shines when playing against another person because it removes some of the game's AI glitches from the equation. If you are more into playing against people rather than AI, then NBA 2K7 is quite possibly the best basketball game ever created. Two-player games are that good.

In the end, 2K Sports has another winner on its hands. Despite a few frustrations, this is a fantastic basketball game with enough variety to keep each game fresh and enough replay value to keep it in the rotation for many months to come. - William Abner
