Chapter 9 – Broadcast
Once you land, you will need to place three beacons around the area. While it is being placed, you will need to protect it from being destroyed. Grab some mallrats when you land and have them follow you. Make your way to the first beacon marker and there will be some mallrats on the right side to recruit. Grab them and continue to the green circle. Who ever walks into it will set up the beacon and the other will have to defend with the mallrats. The first two beacons are easy to defend, but apparently the third is made of eggshells and blows up quite easily. The easiest way I found was to crouch down to the right of the half-walls around the beacon and from there you can pan back and forth from the left side to the right and take out everyone from here. Once you have all three set, you need to head to the gasometer. Once you reach the refinery, the gate will be locked, so you’ll need to find a foreman to get the code.
Check the map for his location and then shoot him in the leg when he runs. Catch up to him and then you will need to interrogate him. Pop him three times and he will give you the code. Head back to meet Libra at the gate and enter. When you enter the area, a rush of guards will appear. Ignore them and head for the ramp on the left. Climb up the ladder there and start making your way around the catwalk and up more ladders until you reach the control room at the top. Once you reach the control room, step into the green circle and use the computer to play the video. After the scene, climb down the ladder and head for the tank. Make your way out of the compound and hang a left. There will be some tanks along the way to take out so keep your eyes open. When you reach the large door at the end of the street, shoot the door and roll through.
Chapter 10 – The Barracks
Time for Bull to roll some heads. This first part will be nothing more than killing everything in sight. Make your way forward and then to the right. Go right again and follow the path left. When you get around the corner here, a chopper will show up over head. There will be a rocket launcher to the left that you can grab to take it out. Continue along the path and make a left and then swing around to the right. From here you should be ale to see the green circle that will lead you into the drainage tunnels. Break down the door and make your way through the tunnels watching out for the turret. Kil it and continue to the large steel door. Now time for Libra to do her magic. Head to the far left and go around the corner till you come to a ladder. Climb up it and screw the stealth crap. Kill everything in sight and make your way to the next ladder.
Climb and kill and then a green circle will appear. Time to do some more wall climbing. Do the same thing as you did previously and eventually you will make it to the top. Climb in the window when you do and Libra will use the computer to open doors for Bull. Have Bull run to the door with Purple and yellow light and then switch to Libra and have her switch the camera until the doors match. Open it and head down the hallway killing the guards. There will be two more rooms with doors for Libra to open, but have her open the same purple and yellow ones and Bull swill reach the right hallway after the third door. Head up the hallway and you will come outside. Make a left and head for the gate at the far end and step in the green circle to end the chapter.
Chapter 11 – The General
When you first enter the area, you will need to clear it out of the swarm of enemies that are gathered around. It doesn’t take much and you’ve been through worse already in the game. Once the guards are all down, you will chase the General down and into a boat. For this part of the boat mission, you will simply need to target the other gunboats and the choppers that are coming after you. Target them until the recticle turns red and fire away. Keep your eyes open fort he ones to the far sides and the choppers high above. Sooner or later, a scene will play and the hardest part of the game will start. Bull will use his machine gun to kill enemies around you and to fire at the generals boat when you are close enough to it. You have a mortar to lob grenades with and it incredibly hard to hit his boat with. Your best bet is to try and stay sloe to the general on long stretches and stay back a bit during turns so you can see where he turns.
Making turns is the hardest part of driving the boat. Once you get the general down to about half his health, he’ll start to drop mines in the water. Stay close and keep firing at him and eventually he will die. If you get too far behind, you will lose him and the game will be over. Once you do take him down, he will run off and enter a building and be on the second floor of a courtyard. When you see him, fire at him non stop until he drops. When he does, then you can start taking out the enemies in the area. The second time the general appears, he will be on the opposite side. Do the same thing and he will run over to a turret. Hit him again and he’ll run. When the riot guards come out of the doors, use the grenades on them to take them out quickly. The general will appear once more at the large door on the right of the area. Take him down there once and for all.

Chapter 12 – HQ Island
After the mission opening scene, run over to the soldiers and recruit them just like Spanky did with the gangs. Once you have them following you, head down the ramp and out onto the causeway. There will be three gates that you need to deactivate to get to the other side. Use the sniper rifle to take out the turret gunners and the rocket launcher soldiers along the way and set the squad on Advance to tak out the foot soldiers. Open each gate and snipe and rush afterwards for each. Once you reach the last gate, clear out the area and make a right. Once around the corner, make a left to the turret there and take out the tank and any remaining soldiers. Hop off and run to the end of the street and make a left.
Kill the guards here and the turret operators on the right. Once the area is clear, head to the steps in front of the HQ and you will be on your way to the helipad on top. Now for the final part of the mission. When you take off in the chopper, Freak will tell you to take out the enemy choppers before you get the bomb. Don’t bother. Head for the bomb, the location is on your amp and lower yourself down until you are on top of it. A scene will play when you pick it up and you can head back to the main HQ building helipad where the giant star is. Again you can easily get there without the choppers hitting you. Fly to the landing pad on the other side of the star and land there to drop the bomb off. Once the scene plays, showing the bomb being dropped off, the game is over.
