Five game development veterans have teamed up to form Slapdash Games , a new studio committed to creating compelling casual cross-platform games for all ages and demographics. The core development team at Slapdash Games is composed of Scott Hansen, Matthew Molloy, Darren Walker and Chad Woyewodzic, four individuals with a combined 45 years development experience, most recently working at MumboJumbo. They created the record-breaking hit Luxor, as well as the critically acclaimed top selling games Luxor: Amun Rising, Luxor Mah Jong, Luxor 2 and the number one hit Chainz 2: Relinked. Luxor 2 was nominated for Best Puzzle Game and Casual Game of the Year and was the winner of the 2006 Craft Awards for Best Audio and Best Visual Arts by the members of the Casual Games Association.

The fifth founding member and acting CEO of Slapdash Games is Marcus Hopkins, currently the head of fellow game developer Method Solutions. Method Solutions is providing the initial funding and is working closely with the team to establish the foundation of the company and keep the development staff's energy directed towards making games.

Information on Slapdash's first titles will be announced shortly.
